Our site is conveniently located near the new Amazon fulfillment center, BNA Airport, and the highly ranked Mt. Juliet High School.

We contracted with the nation’s largest homebuilder, Lennar. Housing options range from 1,500 sq ft, 2-bd 2-ba up to 2,100 sq ft, 4-ba 2.5-ba units.
