Existing locations include Atlanta, Chicago (Oak Brook), Nashville, Houston, Boston, Pittsburgh, Miami, St. Louis, Denver, and many more expected to open in 2024.
SCM invested in the operating company in 2018 as well as the real estate in Denver via LOT Twenty-Eight. We believe that Puttshack is a major value creator for real estate developers and landlords as it brings vibrancy to a property from both the corporate weekday and entertainment weekend crowds.
