LOT28 is a partnership with Lagniappe Capital Partners (LCP) to acquire a 2.14ac site in one of the country’s hottest neighborhoods, Denver’s RiNo District.
LOT 28 features 45,000 sq ft of retail space that is now anchored by Puttshack, Yardbird, and Rivian. The redevelopment of LOT Twenty Eight is the first component of a two-phase investment strategy.
Phase 2 will consist of ~100 multifamily apartments.

Status: Phase 1 is completed and stable. Phase 2 entitlements are nearly complete with construction to begin in 2024.
